Oklahoma City Rental Property Management
We manage furnished homes across Oklahoma City for owners who want reliable income and very little day-to-day involvement. Our guests are mostly corporate travelers, relocating families, traveling nurses and families displaced by home damage who need a place for a month or more.
What we charge
- Management: 20% of rent collected.
- Placement: $500 one time per placement.
- Maintenance: coordinated by us at a flat $100 per hour.
- Furnishing and setup: $3,000 plus the cost of furniture, which typically runs $8,000 to $10,000.
Who pays for what
- Utilities, internet and lawn: the owner. Typically about $800 a month in summer and $600 in winter.
- Cleaning: the guest pays our housekeeping team directly, so it costs you nothing.
- Security deposit: every guest pays a flat $1,500 deposit to cover incidentals.
Corporate and insurance housing
We place guests through insurance housing companies, including Arrow ALE and Alacrity, as well as directly with corporate and relocation guests. Those stays are longer and steadier than weekend bookings, which is what makes a furnished home work as a rental.
How it works
- Send us a few photos of the home and tell us about it.
- We look at the home and the local market and send you a rent and occupancy estimate.
- If it is a fit, we furnish and set it up, list it, and handle guests, cleaning and maintenance from there.
Common questions
How much will my home rent for?
It depends on the size, location and amenities. Homes with a pool or hot tub rent for noticeably more. Send us the details and we will give you an estimate for your home.
Can I live out of state or overseas?
Yes. Many of our owners are not local. We handle guests, cleaning, maintenance and problems on site.
Do I need to furnish the home myself?
No. We design, furnish and set up the home for $3,000 plus the cost of furniture.
